Terms of Service

Habeeb gives your business an assistant that works inside the chat apps you already use. We provide the technology that makes this possible: a private environment dedicated to your business, the connections between that environment and the channels you choose, and a portal to set up and review your assistant.

The assistant works through accounts that belong to you: your messaging number and your AI provider account. Habeeb is the enabler between them. The accounts, and your relationships with the companies behind them, remain yours.

To use Habeeb you connect services you already have, such as a messaging account and an AI provider account. Each of those services has its own terms between you and its provider, and those terms continue to apply. You are responsible for using each connected service within its provider's terms, and for anything those providers decide about your accounts. We do not control these companies and cannot speak or act on their behalf.

Messaging networks set their own rules about automated and assisted use, and some networks restrict it. Connecting an assistant to your account is a choice you make within your relationship with that network.

A network may limit or close an account it believes breaks its rules. That decision is the network's alone. It can happen without warning, it depends largely on how the account is used, and we cannot predict it, prevent it, or reverse it. By connecting an account you accept this possibility.

Many customers give their assistant a dedicated number and keep their main business line untouched. We recommend it.

Your assistant thinks using an AI account or key that you connect and that belongs to you. Its usage counts toward your provider's plan and limits, and it is subject to your provider's terms and usage policies. Heavy or unusual use may lead your provider to limit your account under their rules.

We store your credentials encrypted, use them only to run your assistant, and never for anything else. You can disconnect them at any time, which stops the assistant.

If you choose Habeeb-supplied AI instead of connecting your own account, your assistant runs on our own commercial provider account, and you pay for what it actually uses at the published rate, billed monthly with your organization's subscription. Usage is metered, never sold as credits, and always visible in your portal.

On this path the provider relationship is ours to maintain. Your side of it is simply to use the assistant within these terms.

The assistant generates its replies automatically. Like every AI system it can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it can misunderstand. You decide the instructions it follows, you supervise how it is used in your business, and you are responsible for what it communicates on your behalf. It is not a source of legal, medical, or financial advice.

Habeeb is built for genuine business conversations at a human scale. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk messages, to deceive or harass anyone, to break the law, or to strain the networks and providers it connects to. Usage like that puts your own accounts at risk first, and it is the single most likely way to get an account restricted.

Your assistant runs in an environment dedicated to your business. Your conversations, files, and the assistant's memory live there and are not shared with other customers. We do not use your content to train AI models. The details, including the service providers we rely on, are in our Privacy Policy.

You can stop using Habeeb at any time. Paid periods already started are not refunded unless the law where you live requires it.

We may suspend or end your service if your usage breaks these terms or, in our reasonable assessment, harms the service, other customers, or third parties. Where practical we will tell you first and give you time to fix the issue.

If your trial ends without a subscription, your environment and everything in it are deleted promptly, so export anything you need before the trial ends.

On paid service: if a payment lapses, your assistant pauses and your environment is kept for seven days; paying again resumes it untouched. When paid service ends, we take an archived copy of your environment, delete the environment, and keep the archive for 30 days. In that window, write to [email protected] and we will hand you your data. After 30 days the archive is deleted.

We work hard to keep Habeeb reliable, and we provide it as it is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we do not make promises on behalf of the third-party services you connect, including that they will keep your accounts open.

We are not liable for decisions made by third-party services, including limits on or closure of a messaging or AI account, and not for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

If your use of Habeeb, your content, or your relationships with connected services cause a claim against us by someone else, you will defend us and cover the resulting costs. We will do the same for you if a claim says that Habeeb's own technology infringes someone else's rights.

These terms are between you and Habeeb, operated at this stage by its founder as a sole proprietorship. For anything legal, including privacy requests, write to [email protected]. The terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. We may update them as the service evolves; when a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. The terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two versions ever differ, the English version controls.
