Privacy Policy

Your account details (name, email, business name), billing information handled by our payment provider, and operational records such as service health, connection status, and usage volumes. This is what running the service requires, and nothing more.

Your conversations, files, and the assistant's memory are stored in an isolated environment dedicated to your business. No other customer's systems can reach it. Message content passes through our systems only as needed to deliver it between your channels and your environment.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not read your conversations, except when you ask us to help with a problem, when the assistant itself flags something for human review, or when the law requires it.

A short list of companies provides infrastructure under our instructions. It is published and kept current on our Service Providers page. When you connect your own AI account, your content flows to that provider under your own agreement with them, not ours.

Trial environments are deleted promptly when a trial ends without a subscription. When paid service ends, we keep an archived copy of your environment for 30 days so you can still request your data at [email protected], and then delete it.
